The services supporting GetMediaDesk’s current workflow.

This list describes current processing roles. It does not promise zero retention, a specific data region, a business partnership, or compliance by every provider. Information is supplied according to the task being performed.
- Supabase: database, authentication, private cloud functions and operational records.
- Vercel: public website and app hosting.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: form/sign-in verification and abuse prevention.
- Resend: operational emails, incoming source-email handling and contact-message delivery.
- OpenAI: request review, draft generation and factual-check workflows.
- Rephrasy: rewriting draft text.
- GPTZero: scanning final draft text. A score does not establish authorship.
- Stripe: checkout, subscriptions, payment handling, invoices and billing portal.
- Klaviyo: optional marketing/onboarding communications.
- Google: optional social sign-in.
Customer-selected services
Customers may use Microsoft 365, Gmail or other mail services for source subscriptions and forwarding. HARO, Qwoted, Source of Sources and optional PodcastGuests are independent source services, not represented as GetMediaDesk partners. Their own terms and policies apply.

Tolt
Optional affiliate referral tracking and affiliate program administration. Referral cookies load only after an explicit tracking choice. Approved referral billing records are reviewed separately from customer access. See Cookies & storage and the affiliate terms.
