GETMEDIADESK AFFILIATES
Affiliate program terms
Version 2026-10-30-v1
Effective when published and affirmatively accepted at enrollment; approval is required before participation. Preparation date does not activate the program.
1. Program and acceptance
These terms govern participation in the GetMediaDesk Affiliate Program, administered through Tolt. “GetMediaDesk,” “we,” and “us” mean USA Research Group LLC, doing business as GetMediaDesk, 2260 Ringling Boulevard, Sarasota, Florida 34237. “You” means the individual or organization accepted as an affiliate. By accepting these terms at enrollment, you agree to them. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Participation begins after approval.
You must be at least 18, have authority to enter this agreement, provide accurate application and payment information, and keep it current. We may request information about your audience, promotional methods, and compliance. There is no fee to join and no earnings guarantee.
2. Eligible referrals and products
An eligible referral is a new paying customer you introduce through an approved GetMediaDesk referral link or another attribution method we authorize, whose eligible payment is recorded and attributed to you. Existing paying customers do not qualify unless we approve a specific referral in writing. Existing unpaid leads may qualify under the attribution rules below. Applying, creating an account, starting a free trial or entering a payment card does not itself earn a commission.
Eligible products at launch are GetMediaDesk monthly and annual subscriptions. Current standard prices are $50 per month or $400 per year, with one client brand per subscription. A card-backed seven-day trial starts after completed checkout where offered. The trial and zero-value invoices earn no commission. A trial canceled before a successful paid invoice earns no commission. Setup fees, one-time purchases, custom services, additional usage charges, third-party subscriptions and other non-subscription amounts are excluded unless included in writing.
3. Agencies, client brands and related parties
An agency may recommend GetMediaDesk to a genuinely independent new customer. Merely managing a customer account, approving content, assigning agency staff or adding another user does not constitute a referral. Qualification depends on valid referral attribution and verified subscription billing ownership, not the approver email or agency access.
At launch, a referral covers the qualifying customer’s original eligible one-brand subscription and its eligible renewals and plan changes. Brands or workspaces subsequently added by an existing paying customer or agency do not automatically inherit that referral. Commission on additional brands requires our prior written approval and separately verified attribution before billing. Moving a brand between workspaces or duplicating an account does not create another referral. A genuinely independent new client may qualify through its own valid referral and direct billing even when managed by an existing agency. It does not inherit the agency’s attribution. The later-brand exclusion applies to expansions of an existing paying customer, not to a different independently qualifying client.
Purchases for yourself, your employer or a business you own or control, and subscriptions you buy for your own agency portfolio or resell, are self-referrals and are not eligible. Independent clients who contract and pay for their own subscriptions may qualify even if you provide separate agency services, provided the relationship is disclosed and the other program rules are met. This program does not grant reseller or white-label rights.
Customer and brand identity are established from verified account and billing records, not a Stripe customer ID alone. A new payment-provider ID, renamed workspace, changed billing email or replacement subscription ID does not by itself create a new customer, brand or referral entitlement.
4. 20% lifetime recurring commissions
You earn 20% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected from each qualifying referred customer for the lifetime of that customer's paid subscription. There is no 12-month cap. Eligible revenue is the subscription amount after discounts and credits, excluding sales tax, VAT, and similar taxes, and reduced for refunds and chargebacks. Payment processing fees are not deducted from this commission basis.
Commissions arise on successful payments, including eligible renewals and subscription upgrades or downgrades, based on the eligible amount actually collected. An annual payment earns 20% of the eligible annual amount when collected; it does not create additional monthly commissions on that same payment. Failed payments, free periods, unpaid invoices, and canceled future renewals earn nothing. Partial refunds reduce commissions proportionately.
“Lifetime” refers to the paid subscription relationship, not the customer's or affiliate's natural life. Periods with no collected eligible subscription payment earn no commission. A pause in drafting or other service processing alone does not reverse commission on an otherwise eligible collected payment. A recovered failed payment on the same subscription remains eligible. An eligible plan change without ending the subscription relationship retains attribution. If the same customer later reactivates an eligible paid subscription for the same qualifying customer and original brand, including a replacement subscription record, the original valid affiliate attribution continues unless the underlying referral was invalid. A duplicate account does not create a new commission entitlement.
5. Attribution and referral disputes
Our referral cookie lasts 60 days. Attribution uses the last eligible affiliate click while a customer remains an unpaid lead, including during a free trial. Once the customer becomes a paying referral, later affiliate clicks do not transfer the existing subscription. Leads validly recorded within the cookie window do not expire merely because email verification, a trial or the first successful payment occurs later. A click that was never validly recorded does not create an entitlement by itself. No partner coupons are issued at launch; any future coupon attribution and priority will be disclosed before use.
Browser restrictions, cookie choices, cross-device use, and unsupported journeys can prevent automatic tracking. We do not promise tracking across every device or browser. Report missing or disputed referrals to support@getmediadesk.com within 60 days of the relevant payment, with the referral date and reasonable supporting evidence. We will review available records in good faith and correct verified errors. Do not submit customer passwords, full payment information, or unnecessary personal data.
6. Review and payout
Commissions remain pending during a minimum 30-day review period and require manual approval at launch. We review for correct attribution, payment collection, refunds, chargebacks, and prohibited activity. We will not unreasonably delay approval of valid commissions.
Approved commissions are scheduled on NET-30 terms: the payout cycle is generated approximately 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which commissions arise, subject to completion of the review period. Commissions approved after a cycle closes move to the next cycle. Transfer arrival depends on the payment provider. The minimum payout is $50 USD; smaller balances carry forward without monthly expiration.
You must complete required identity, tax, and payout information and select a supported payment method. Amounts are stated in USD. Any provider transfer or currency conversion fees borne by you must be disclosed before payout. You are responsible for your taxes; required withholding and reporting may apply.
Refunds, chargebacks, and duplicate or fraudulent transactions reverse the related commissions. If already paid, a documented adjustment may be offset against future earnings; any remaining repayment request will identify the affected transactions. An unrelated valid commission is not forfeited because another referral is disputed.
An open payment dispute or credible fraud investigation may hold only the affected commission while it is investigated. A recovered payment or dispute resolved in the customer’s favor is reconciled against authoritative billing records; a commission is restored only if its underlying payment remains collected and otherwise eligible. The same transaction cannot earn duplicate commissions after a retry, recovery or reconciliation. Commission adjustments do not change a customer’s cancellation or refund rights.
7. Permitted promotion and disclosures
Promote GetMediaDesk honestly using accurate, current information and approved assets. Clearly disclose your commission relationship close to each recommendation or link. Suggested wording: “I earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” Video endorsements must include an appropriate disclosure in the video, rather than only in its description. Follow applicable advertising, privacy, email, and platform rules.
Describe GetMediaDesk as helping customers review relevant requests from their configured sources, prepare AI-assisted drafts and approve work for manual submission. Do not promise publication, journalist responses, editorial acceptance, placements, backlinks, rankings, leads, sales or earnings. Do not imply that GetMediaDesk automatically submits to journalists or grants source-platform memberships. Do not describe AI-assisted drafts as proven human-authored, undetectable or guaranteed to pass AI detectors. Do not fabricate testimonials, product use, outcomes or endorsements by journalists, publishers, Rephrasy, GPTZero or any source platform. We may request correction or removal of misleading promotions and may monitor public promotions for compliance.
8. Prohibited conduct
No self-referrals or purchases through entities you own or control; cookie stuffing; forced clicks; bots; fake accounts; payment fraud; misleading redirects; impersonation; unsolicited bulk messaging; unauthorized incentives; or publication on coupon/deal sites without written approval. Do not bid on GetMediaDesk brand terms or confusing variations, use our brand in paid ad display URLs, register confusing domains or social accounts, or run paid campaigns promoting GetMediaDesk without written authorization. Do not claim to be our employee or authorized agent or bind us to customer commitments.
9. Brand assets, customer relationships, and privacy
While approved, you have a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use assets we provide solely to promote the program. You retain ownership of your original content. We retain our brand and product rights. Stop using our assets and remove active affiliate promotions when participation ends, except records you must retain by law.
Customers contract directly with GetMediaDesk. Affiliate participation does not create reseller rights or a right to access customer accounts or confidential information. Use referral information only for operating the program, protect it, and do not sell it or use it for unsolicited customer contact.
Respect consent choices and applicable privacy and communications rules. Do not evade consent controls, embed tracking without required permission or treat affiliate enrollment or operational service messages as blanket consent to marketing. Promotional assets must use current approved GetMediaDesk branding; third-party marks do not imply endorsement. Customer credentials, full bank or card details, tax identifiers, source emails and confidential client information must not be sent in referral disputes or promotional materials.
10. Changes, suspension, and termination
Either party may end participation by written notice. We may suspend new referrals while investigating a reasonable compliance concern and will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to respond when practicable. Fraud or material breach may result in immediate termination and rejection of commissions attributable to that misconduct.
Ending participation for convenience, closing enrollment, or changing future program rates will not remove the 20% lifetime recurring entitlement on previously validly attributed subscriptions. Those subscriptions continue to earn under these terms while paid and eligible. Valid unpaid balances remain payable; after termination, a final balance below $50 will be paid within 60 days after applicable reviews and required payout information are complete, subject to lawful withholding. Pending refunds or disputes may delay only the affected amount.
Material changes apply prospectively after at least 30 days' written notice. Changes to the rate or duration for new referrals do not retroactively reduce existing qualifying subscription entitlements. We may update compliance rules sooner where legally required, explaining the change.
11. Independent relationship and resolution
You participate as an independent business, not an employee, franchisee, or joint venture partner, and are responsible for your own promotional costs. Contact support@getmediadesk.com first to resolve program disputes in good faith. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Sarasota County, Florida, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
