GETMEDIADESK

Billing, cancellation & refunds

Pricing and renewal

One brand costs $50/month or $400/year, paid yearly. Your selected subscription renews automatically unless canceled before renewal. Your checkout and billing portal show the selected plan, payment timing and any applicable tax. An agency plan includes up to five client brands for $200/month or $1,600/year. Each additional block of five brands costs $180/month or $1,400/year on the same billing interval. Each brand keeps a separate allowance, reset monthly on paid monthly and annual plans. Unused brand slots and unused allowances do not earn an automatic refund. Any capacity change and its effective billing date must be confirmed in billing before taking effect. Agency checkout is being connected; no agency trial or charge starts until secure checkout is completed.

Seven-day trial

The trial starts after Stripe Checkout is completed and requires a card. It includes three draft credits and up to 15 opportunity reviews. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge. Source subscriptions, forwarding and sample verification remain setup tasks; completing them does not change the scheduled trial end shown in billing.

Cancel anytime

Open the app, choose Usage & costs, then Manage billing and cancel the subscription. Keep the Stripe cancellation confirmation and check the displayed access/end date. If you cannot access billing, contact billing@getmediadesk.com or use the contact form. Deleting an email, unsubscribing from marketing or disconnecting a source does not cancel billing.

After cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal. After a paid monthly or annual period has begun, access normally continues until that paid period ends, subject to security, billing and acceptable-use restrictions. Existing unpaid invoices are separate. Cancellation does not automatically delete workspace records.

Refunds and unused allowances

We do not offer automatic prorated refunds for unused days, draft credits or opportunity reviews. Unused credits do not roll over. Contact billing support about a billing error or a refund required by applicable law; those requests are reviewed separately. This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Failed payments, refunds and disputes

A payment failure or expired subscription can pause paid processing. Update payment details in the billing portal or contact support. A full refund or open dispute can pause drafting while billing status is reviewed. A partial refund does not automatically change access. A failed payment, refund or dispute is not itself a request to delete an account.
