Operator and agreement
USA Research Group LLC, 2260 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34237, United States provides GetMediaDesk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business or client you represent. Contact support@getmediadesk.com with service questions.
What the service does
GetMediaDesk reviews requests from configured email sources against supplied professional information, prepares AI-assisted drafts, records client decisions and supports manual submission. Manual placement records and basic reports document information users enter. Source subscriptions, forwarding and sample verification require setup. Optional podcast newsletter processing requires a verified real sample. Features marked In development are not available until released. Automatic journalist discovery, backlink monitoring and customer SEO-software integrations are not included.
Your account and materials
Keep your credentials secure and supply accurate, current facts. You must have the rights and authority to provide source material, professional claims and client information. You retain your rights in the materials you supply. You authorize us and our providers to process those materials to operate and support your service. We do not promise that AI-generated wording is unique, protectable or free of third-party rights. Review all outputs before use.
Source rules and editorial responsibility
You maintain your own source accounts and comply with their terms. Relevance scoring is not verification of a reporter or outlet. Requests, instructions, evidence, destination and deadline must be checked. Drafts are AI-assisted, including after rewriting or scanning. A detector result does not establish authorship or acceptance by an outlet. Review AI restrictions and do not misrepresent compliance with an outlet’s requirements. You decide what to pursue, review the exact final draft and submit it yourself. We do not automatically send responses to journalists or publish them.
Plans, trial and allowances
Individual plans cover one client brand at $50 per month or $400 per year, paid yearly. Agency plans include up to five client brands at $200 per month or $1,600 per year. Each additional five-brand block costs $180 per month or $1,400 per year, using the same billing interval as the agency plan. Each brand has its own allowance; allowances are not pooled. Agency checkout must be completed before any trial or paid agency allowance starts. A card-backed seven-day trial starts after checkout and includes three draft credits and up to 15 opportunity reviews. Paid plans include 20 draft credits and up to 100 opportunity reviews per monthly allowance; annual allowances refresh monthly. Drafts are limited to 500 words. Requested rewrites use a draft credit; automatic factual checks do not. Credits do not roll over. Usage and cost safeguards can pause processing. Third-party subscriptions and fees are separate. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Your selected plan renews automatically after the trial and at each billing interval unless canceled before renewal. Cancel anytime through Usage & costs → Manage billing. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid its subscription charge. Paid-period cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access through the paid period. We do not offer automatic prorated refunds for unused days, drafts or reviews. Billing errors and refunds required by law are handled separately. Read the billing and cancellation policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
Agency and client permissions
Agency staff may manage only assigned clients. Agency membership does not automatically authorize approval on a client’s behalf. Each brand has separate facts, routing, records and allowances. Obtain the client’s authorization before managing its information, and tell us when access should end.
Acceptable use and service restrictions
Follow our acceptable-use policy. We may restrict or suspend processing for abuse, unauthorized access, security concerns, unpaid charges or other material violations. An open dispute or full refund can pause drafting; partial refunds do not automatically change access. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain restrictions and available support steps. We may need to act immediately to protect accounts or the service.
Service limitations
No publication, placement, backlink, ranking, revenue, detector score or third-party acceptance is guaranteed. Source availability, provider services and parsing formats can change. We use reasonable efforts to operate the service, but do not promise error-free drafts or uninterrupted access. Do not rely on the service as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Nothing here excludes obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and concerns
We will communicate material changes through an appropriate service channel. Future pricing changes will be separately disclosed before they apply, with any consent required by law. These terms do not create an arbitration requirement or waive rights you have under applicable law. Please contact us to address a service or billing concern.
