GETMEDIADESK
Cookies & browser storage
What supports sign-in, verification and your choices.
Effective October 26, 2026
Essential service technology
The app uses browser session storage and authentication technology to maintain sign-in, workspace selection and temporary signup state. Cloudflare Turnstile uses security signals to verify form and sign-in requests. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in. These providers may use their own cookies or storage under their policies.
Payment and external platforms
Stripe hosts checkout and the billing portal. Visiting source platforms, Google or other linked services takes you to services with their own privacy and storage practices. Those independent sites are not controlled by GetMediaDesk.
Marketing choices
Optional onboarding marketing through Klaviyo is separate from operational email. Marketing emails may include delivery, open or click measurement according to the email service’s settings. You can unsubscribe from marketing using its unsubscribe link. We do not treat a contact-form message as marketing consent.
Optional affiliate tracking
If you allow referral tracking, Tolt records a referral click and uses cookies across getmediadesk.com and app.getmediadesk.com to credit a qualifying affiliate. The referral window is 60 days; valid recorded leads may be retained after that window. Your allow or decline choice is stored for six months. Choose Referral privacy in the footer to decline and remove accessible referral cookies. Declining does not block signup or cancel your subscription. Previously recorded billing and commission records may need to be retained.
Browser controls
You can clear or restrict cookies and site storage in your browser. Doing so can sign you out or prevent verification, signup or payment features from working. Browser privacy preferences do not themselves cancel a subscription. Any future nonessential tracking requiring consent must be addressed before activation.
