Who can qualify for a referral?
Qualifying referrals must meet the program’s eligibility and approval rules. Self-referrals and agency-funded portfolios do not qualify. An independent client paying for their own subscription may qualify even when managed by an agency. Additional brands do not automatically qualify.
How does referral tracking work?
Last eligible clicks are tracked within a 60-day cookie window while a customer remains unpaid; valid recorded leads are retained. Browser and consent choices can affect attribution. After payment, attribution remains tied to the qualifying original subscription under the terms.
Do trials or annual plans earn commission?
Trials and zero-value invoices earn no commission. An eligible annual payment earns 20% once for that annual invoice. Eligible monthly and annual renewals can also qualify, subject to the terms.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions require manual approval and at least 30 days of review. NET-30 payout cycles follow the commission month, subject to the review period and cycle cutoff. Approved balances below $50 USD carry forward.
What happens after a refund or dispute?
Discounts, taxes, credits, refunds, and disputes affect eligible revenue and commission. Adjustments apply to the related commission; read the terms for review, adjustment, and termination rules.
